COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards

Description
The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) will convene an advisory committee to provide input on possible changes to the recently implemented COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards. The committee will consist of members from business and industry, labor and community groups, public agencies, and the health sciences. Advisory committee members will participate in discussions on possible changes to the rule. Members of the public who are not on the committee may observe the meeting and provide written comments at [email protected] no later than Friday, February 26. Please include in your comments the specific edits to the ETS you are proposing.
During these meetings, the following title 8 sections will be covered: (sections 3205, 3205.1, 3205.2).
